Report a Bug:

Please use the form below to submit a bug report online. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@iscinc.com. Please include all relevant information including Product Name, Version, License Key * and any error code you may have received. If the program generated a dumpfile or log (check program directory for a file with .log extension) please include that as an attachment or paste the log text into the email body.

* Your License Key is located on the About page. To view this please click the 'About' link from the Help menu within the program. If you do not have a License Key (ie. you are running the Demo version) please type 'Demo' into the space provided. If you cannot access the Help menu due to your technical problem please type 'Cannot access' in the space provided.

Make sure to include all relevant details describing the problem including any error code you may have received!

NOTE: If the program generated a dumpfile or log (check program directory for a file with .log extension) please email that to support@iscinc.com as a separate attachment or paste the contents of the log into the Bug Description field below!
