Shipping Policy (Receipt of Unlock Code)
All of our products are downloadable. We do not ship products on CD-ROM Media. You will always be able to download the newest version from our website, there will be no temporary download locations sent out. After you purchase a product you will typically receive your unlock code within one business day of sending us your machine Identifier so we may generate your license. Our policy is that this time will never exceed three business days. If you provide the machine ID during the checkout process this will expedite the receipt of your unlock code!
